| The Can-Am Baker Doubles opened it's 7th season at Bowl One Lanes in Troy with 36 teams vying for the top prize of $1,100. The team of Brandon Dale and Terry Haines overcame a demanding lane condition to take the title, defeating the team of Nunzio Marino and Chris Patterson 257-178. This was the second title for Brandon Dale and the first for Terry Haines. High qualifiers were Damon Walden and Lionel Weathers with a 1,668 pinfall during the 8-game qualifying. The next Can-Am Baker Doubles will be held at Vision Lanes in Westland on October 18th.
