| Our first tournament after the summer break saw 47 teams compete for the first place prize of 1,300. Scores were high, however, pares made the difference in the final match. Mark Moore and Al Amella III defeated Ron Napiewocki and Ron Carroll 193-182 in the title game to claim the title. Jason Nieman and Roger Folkema led the eight game qualifying round with an impressive 1945, a 243 average. Our next Can Am Baker doubles tournament will be held at Thunderbowl Lanes on November 8, starting time 12:15. This is an open tournament, there is no average cap. |
